ORDER PROCESSING

Pro Forma Invoice:

We will issue our pro forma invoice initially. After client's acknowledgment of pro forma invoice, they shall send back to us the same, duly signed and with company stamp, in order to proceed with samplings and further order processing stages.

Samplings/Approvals:

Clients are always welcome to make new design / samples with us, but they have to agree on PI, prior to proceeding with it. After samples approval (fabric, color, design, embroidery & printing) we will proceed with production. Please note, we require purchase order before we start production.

Measurements:

Please note our regular working is based on UK international standard sizes and we offer prices all over the world based on the same standard measurement sizes.

Customized measurements are not an issue, but individual customized measurement prices will be higher, as compared to our normal prices.

If client has their own measurement standard, as per which they want to make the order, then they have to provide us proper measurement sheets, which we can follow, to produce their products. Please note the tolerance for measurements (as per standards) shall be + / - 3% and has to be accepted by the client.

Embroidery/Printing:

Please note we will always require original designing file from the client, which they want to put on the apparels. Client must approve all the embroideries & printing (before starting the production) based on our pre-production sample. Soon after the approval on samplings, we will run the bulk production and after production has begun, no changes will be acceptable.

Production:

As mentioned above, before going to production stage, clients need to approve the pre-production samples. Production lead time is subject to the order quantity & fabric availability. Our Clients are welcome to our production house if they want to do an inspection, during the production.

Packaging:

All goods will be packed in an individual poly bag in our regular shipment. If clients need any customised packaging, we will follow the same, but an up charge will become applicable, according to the customisation details. All packed goods will be further packed in strong export carton boxes.

 

LOGISTICS/DELIVERIES

Please note + / - 5% tolerance in order quantity will be acceptable. Local order delivery could be ready within 10 – 20 working days subject to availability of fabric. Imported fabric deliveries could be deliver 60 – 90 days subject to the order quantity and specifications.

Local Shipment :

Our prices include freight cost for delivery all over the UAE. Local shipment will be moved by land transport.

International Shipment :

Our export order prices are FOB Dubai Basis. Shipment would be ready as per given time frame but transaction time is subject to the destination and custom clearance. Shipment can be moved by SEA, by AIR, by Land Transport and by Courier as per client's instructions.
